It was a 4 track promo sampler of what was to come on album "David McWilliams" on EMI; EMC 3169. It was distributed at the Midem Music Festival in Cannes to potential distributors outside the UK market. Bovema Negram was one of the labels who did business with EMI and distributed and issued the album in the Benelux (Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg) countries. Released in 1997 on EMI
